Checks (Cheques) not accepted. Please do not send. Checks received shall be destroyed and not returned.
Fulfillment Policies
| Delivery | All purchased software licenses shall be delivered to the dataveil.com user portal account from where the order was initiated. This will occur within one business day of when payment has been received. |
| Cancellation | An order can be cancelled at no charge at any time prior to software license delivery. All license subscriptions do not auto-renew. |
| Refunds | If an order is cancelled prior to software license delivery then a full refund will be provided. After license delivery has occurred, a refund will not be available. |
| Returns | Returns are not accepted. However, if a user wishes to upgrade to a higher tier license then a pro-rated credit will be offered for the unused term of the curent license. |
