Reseller Terms

  1. Reseller can set pricing for End User at Reseller's discretion.
  2. Product delivery shall occur upon issuance of Invoice by DataVeil Technologies to Reseller.
  3. Product shall be securely delivered directly to Licensee's portal account Username at www.dataveil.com.
  4. Reseller shall be notified by email of Product delivery completion.
  5. If any taxes or duties are to be withheld then Reseller shall gross-up the prices so that the net payment to DataVeil Technologies shall equal the full invoice amount.
  6. Payment terms are 30 days from date of Invoice.
  7. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer (no surcharge) or Credit card (3% surcharge for SGD, 5% for all other currencies).
  8. Overdue payments shall incur a 2% Late Payment Fee for each 30 days overdue or part thereof.
  9. Any late payment fees or credit card surcharges shall accrue and be added to any subsequent order from Reseller.
  10. Any reference to or use of a Reseller's purchase order is for convenience and any terms that govern the purchase order shall have no force or effect.
  11. Reseller accepts all the above terms by placing an order with DataVeil Technologies.
