Software Pricing Effective as of August 1, 2022
DataVeil Subscription Licenses
Annual Subscription License Fee
A subscription license fee is paid in advance and it provides access to the lastest software updates and priority support. If a subscription expires and is not renewed then the software shall cease to operate. Each license is on the basis of a single concurrent user and allows the software to be installed on up to five (5) computers. A single concurrent user means that only one copy of the software can be running at any given moment. Each virtual computer instance is counted as one computer. See End User License Agreement.

(1) Select one of MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server or Azure SQL DB. One Connectivity option is included in the PLUS-10 and PLUS-U license fee. If you need more than one type of Connectivity then please choose the Professional license.
Multiple-Year Discounted Subscription License Fees
A 10% discount is available for each additional year that is prepaid. Subscribing for multiple years in advance offers not only significant savings but it also avoids having to go through requisition procedures each year. It also secures the current rate against any price increase during the prepaid period. Subscriptions can be paid up to 4 years in advance.

Example: If you require unlimited masking of only SQL Server databases and would like to prepay for a 3 year term then the total cost shall be $11,900.
Please keep in mind that our license terms are quite generous. The Plus-U and Professional licenses allow you to create an unlimited number of projects for an unlimited number of schemas, and mask an unlimited number of databases of unlimited size. DataVeil Perpetual Licenses
As of August 1, 2022 the DataVeil data masking software shall only be available on a Subscription basis as described above. New DataVeil perpetual licenses shall not be available.
Any current perpetual licenses and new perpetual licenses purchased prior to August 1, 2022 will continue to operate normally and maintenance renewals for these licenses shall be offered indefinitely. The new prices that shall apply to maintenance renewal orders from August 1, 2022 are shown below.
